He began his career in the early 2000s as a Foreman working Ken McCormack Construction and Ritesco where he cultivated his passion for supplying quality services to clients. In 2011, Mr. Frenette created Capital S Construction Inc. with the goal of proudly serving the Ottawa area with exterior finishing needs.
